About Steve:
A Bay Area native, Steve grew up in Los Altos listening to KFRC.
Steve's radio credentials include years both on the mic and behind the scenes. Steve has decades of commercial production, radio station imaging and on-air experience, working for radio stations and advertising agencies in San Francisco, New York, San Jose, Sacramento & England, to name a few.
In the course of his 30 years working in Bay Area radio, Steve has been heard on-the-air at KYA AM-FM and KNEW in San Francisco and on Mix 106.5 and KFOX in San Jose before arriving at KFRC.
During his last two decades as a production director, Steve has garnered several local and national copywriting & production awards. As the new production director of Classic Hits 106.9 KFRC, Steve works hard to keep the station sounding great, whether he is at work in the production studio or on the air each evening.
