HOW TO ENTER
Contest runs from March 29, 2008 at 8am pacific time until November 9, 2008 at noon pacific time.  Contestants can complete an official entry form (while supplies last) to enter at the following Goodguys events which will all be held at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton, CA: The 26th All American Get-Together held March 29-30, 2008,  The 15th Summer Get-Together on May 31-June 1, 2008, The 22nd Eagle One West Coast Nationals on August 23-24, 2008 or The 19th Autumn Get-Together on November 8-9,2008 or at www. KFRC.com.   Entries must be received by 12:00PM November 9, 2008.  Illegible, incomplete, or mutilated entries will not be accepted. Limit one entry per person. The co-promotional partners and their agents are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of Goodguys Rod & Custom Association their vendors or media involved. Entry in this contest constitutes the winner’s agreement for use of name for publicity by the co-promotional partners: Goodguys Rod & Custom Association, 106.9 KFRC, & CBS 5.  Rules may change at any time at the discretion of co-promotional sponsors. No purchase is necessary.

You may also enter online at www.KFRC.com.  Enter your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number, a valid email address, and your date of birth in the online entry form.  All entries must be received by 12:00PM November 9, 2008.Only one internet entry per person and one internet entry per email address is permitted.  Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.  The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address.  KFRC is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.  Contestants are required to provide truthful information and KFRC will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent.  KFRC will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and KFRC will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.  By use of this website and by entering the Contest, you agree to the Station’s Web Site Terms of Use Agreement and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at:  http://www.kfrc.com/pages/471309.php.

ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open to California residents over 18 years of age with a valid California driver’s license and auto insurance. Employees of the co-promotional partners, Goodguys Rod & Custom Association, CBS 5 and 106.9 KFRC (collectively referred to as “co-promotional partners”), exhibiting companies in the show, AND their agencies, affiliate companies and subsidiaries, and their immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Process has been to ensure people can enter contest without having to buy a ticket to said events

WINNER SELECTION
106 finalists will be randomly selected from entries received at the events and at www.kfrc.com. All finalists will be given two tickets to attend the show on Sunday November 9, 2008 to participate in the grand prize final event. All finalists will be notified by phone no later than November 7, 2008 and given instructions about the grand prize final event.  Grand prizewinner selection will take place at approximately 3:00pm PT on November 9, 2008.  All finalists must check in at the KFRC Radio Booth located within the show at the Pleasanton Fairgrounds, located at 4501 Pleasanton Avenue Pleasanton, CA 94566, no later than 1:00 pm PT on November 9, 2008. Any finalist who has not checked in by 2:00 pm PT will be disqualified.  Co-promotional partners will not accept any stand-ins or proxies on behalf of an individual finalist.  Starting at 3:00 pm PT, the finalists will be randomly called one at a time to come up and select a key.  Depending on how many finalists arrive and check in on time, that number of keys will be placed in a container.  Each finalist will select one (1) key and then will try to start the Ford Mustang.  The first finalist whose key starts up the Ford Mustang will be the grand prizewinner, at which point the contest will end.  If for any reason none of the keys start the Ford Mustang, the co-promotional partners will randomly select one grand prizewinner from among all eligible finalists present at the grand prize final event.  One (1) prizewinner will win the 1965 Ford Mustang valued at $20,000.00. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner must be present to win and claim prize. Co-promotional partners reserve the right to change winner selection process without advance notice. Winner must be at least 18 years old with valid California driver’s license identification.

PRIZING
106 finalists will each receive a qualifying prize consisting of two (2) tickets to attend the show on Sunday November 9, 2008.  Approximate Retail Value of each qualifying prize:  $40.00.
One grand prizewinner will win the 1965 Ford Mustang, valued at $20,000.00.  Goodguys Rod & Custom Association, 106.9 KFRC, CBS 5 and their agencies, affiliate companies and subsidiaries, accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any loss or accident incurred in the connection with any use of the prize, or resulting from the acceptance and/or use of the prize.  Picture and exhibitor displays may be only representative of actual 1965 Ford Mustang. The 1965 Ford Mustang is the choice of Goodguys Rod & Custom Association, not the winner. Grand prizewinner will be solely responsible for any applicable vehicle title, license, registration, waste tire and lead acid fees, freight, delivery, dealer prep, and emissions inspection charges, additional equipment, all federal, state and local taxes, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of this prize vehicle.  The grand prizewinner will accept the chosen prize vehicle "as is."  Co-promotional partners accept no responsibility for repairing any real or supposed damage to the prize car from this contest.  Grand prizewinner must provide proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license to take delivery and must take delivery at KFRC Radio Offices, located at 865 Battery Street San Francisco, CA  94111, within 30 days of winning. To claim the prize, the winner must make an appointment with a KFRC representative to go to the DMV and transfer ownership of the prize vehicle.  The co-promotional partners have not made and are not responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the prize vehicle, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer's warranty that may apply to the vehicle. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes.  Prize may not be sold or transferred.

GENERAL
No cash or other substitution of prizes permitted. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and selection of alternate winner. Acceptance of prize shall constitute: 1) release of co-promotional partners, their affiliates and agents from all liabilities with respect to the prizes; 2) signification of winner’s consent (unless otherwise prohibited by law) to the use of their name, address (city and state only), voice, and/or photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation; 3) an agreement to be bound by these rules. The co-promotional partners, whose decision will be final and binding, will decide all disputes relating to the application of these rules. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner and subject to 1099 from Goodguys Rod & Custom Association. Subject to applicable federal, state and local laws.  Before the possession of the prize vehicle, winner acknowledges that they will furnish proof of all liability auto insurance, completed DMV required paperwork and assume all liability as official owner of the prize vehicle. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Register to win at the 26th All America Get-Together, the 15th Summer Get-Together, the 22nd West Coast Nationals or the 19th Autumn Get-Together. Winner must be present to win and claim prize on Sunday November 9, 2008 at the 19th Autumn Get-Together. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for goods or services. Prize must be claimed in 60 days. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner and subject to 1099 from Goodguys Custom & Rod Association. Void where prohibited by law.
