Dave’s classic movie is a great love story set in our fair city of San Francisco and deals with a 20 year old man obsessed with death and a 79 year old anarchist. Together they discover the wonders of the world around them and life.

Two British track athletes run in the 1924 Olympics. The first, a devout Christian, runs for God. The other, a Jewish student, runs to free himself from prejudice. Celeste’s choice this week in honor of the Olympics.

Mark's pick is the comedy of 4 Jamaicans who start a bobsledding team coached by John Candy. This movie is especially close to Mark's heart because he too once dreamed of becoming the first Jamaican bobsled champion.

In Dave's classic movie, an alien named Klaatu with his mighty robot Gort, land their spacecraft on Earth just after the end of World War II. The alien and his robot threaten to destroy the earth if humans cannot learn to live peacefully.
KFRC Classic Movie Review- STRANGERS ON A TRAIN
Celeste chooses Alfred Hitchcock's "Strangers on a Train," about a tennis star and a psychotic boy who meet and make plans to murder their loved ones. The tennis star thinks its a joke, but the boy is serious and ready to take matters into his own hands.
KFRC Classic Movie Review- FARGO
In Mark's pick, William H. Macy and Steve Buscemi star in a dark comedy about a ransom scheme that goes terribly wrong. The movie is based on true events that happened in Minnesota in 1987.
KFRC Classic Movie Review- SILVER STREAK
Starring Gene Wilder, Jill Clauburgh and Richard Pryor, Dean’s classic action flick is about a man who finds romance on a long distance train trip, but also finds himself in danger of being killed... or at least pushed off the train.

Jay Coffee loves classic movies so Dave & Celeste invited him to chose one. "Now, Voyager" is about a Boston spinster who finds romance after therapy.

Mark's first Adolescent Classic takes us to Germany for Oktoberfest, where two brothers stumble upon a secret, centuries-old competition described as a "Fight Club" with beer games

Dave's comedy is about a psychiatrist who loses his mind after one of his manipulative and obsessive-compulsive patients tracks him down during a family vacation.

With Mary Tyler Moore and Donald Sutherland, Celeste's selection involves a bitter mother, good-natured father, and guilt-ridden younger son after the accidental death of the eldest.

Dave selects a San Francisco set comedy where a shy librarian and a bumbling cop fall in love as they solve a crime involving albinos, dwarves, and the Catholic Church.

Celeste's drama stars the likes of Audrey Hepburn & Alan Arkin and is about a recently blinded woman, terrorized by a trio of thugs while they search for a heroin stuffed doll they believe is in her apartment.

In this Golden Globe nominated crime thriller, a woman is terrorized by a man who plans to use her to steal $100,000 from the bank where she works by threatening to kill her sister if she tells the police.
